Refund Policy
At vinlook.info, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the digital nature of vehicle history reports, all purchases are considered final once the report has been generated.
Refunds may only be considered if the report was not delivered.
If there is a technical error preventing access to the report, our support team will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for completed reports once the data has been delivered.
Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days.
